Upon your booking, we conduct a drink menu consultation and provide a complimentary shopping list (for disposables-cups, napkins, etc- alcohol, mixers, and ice) to ease your experience preparing for the event. If you prefer not to shop for the items, we can deliver everything at a concierge service rate plus the cost of selected spirits
Portable Bar - BLACKOUT
Our BLACKOUT portable bar set-up includes:
• a 4-ft bar
• a back table (for restaurant-style display of bottles),
• a 20 gallon rolling ice chest.
• and a complimentary 4-ft ice table to display your beer and wine (depends on item availability)
Portable Bar- RUSTIC
Our RUSTIC portable bar set-up includes:
• a 4-ft acai wood bar
• a back table (for restaurant-style display of bottles),
• a 20 gallon rolling ice chest.
• and a complimentary 4-ft ice table to display your beer and wine (depends on item availability)

Bartender Service: We will bring a cutting board and knife, cooler, and mixing equipment (bar mats, shakers, etc.). Host should provide trash bin, cups, napkins, straws, alcohol, mixers, and ice.
Portable Bar Add-On: If you choose to add-on a portable bar, we will also bring your disposables (napkins, clear cups, and straws). Host should provide trash bin, alcohol, mixers, and ice.
Concierge Service Add-On: When you request concierge service, we will bring the selected spirits, mixers, garnishes, and ice to your event! Host should provide a trash bin.
Mixologists are known for creating well-crafted concoctions with sophisticated ingredients. Flair bartenders are more like entertainers, performing close-up juggling and bottle-flipping for a lively pour.
Dtour Productions does not provide Flair Bartending.
If you request solely bartender service, then you would cover the alcohol and bar supply needs (disposables- napkins, straws, cups).
If you request our bartender service with portable bar, then we will provide the bar supply needs (disposables) and you would cover the alcohol, mixers, and ice.
If you request concierge service, then we will provide everything.

Absolutely! With our Concierge Service, we will bring everything that we generate on your complimentary shopping list:
- alcohol
- mixers
- ice
- cups, napkins, straws (if no portable bar service is requested)
