Self-Serve Buffet, 1 Waitstaff per 40 Guests
Guests help themselves to food options arranged on a table or counters. This allows diners to choose from a selection of dishes and serve themselves as much or as little as they like.
Staff will ensure the buffet remains stocked, clean, and dining tables clean and cleared of debris.
Staffed Buffet, 1 Waitstaff per 30 Guests
Suggested
Guests select from various dishes as they move down the buffet line, but staff serve the choices directly onto plates. This service combines the variety of a buffet with the elegance and control of plated dining, ensuring portion consistency and potentially reducing food waste.
Staff will also ensure the buffet remains stocked, clean, and dining tables clean and cleared of debris.
Plated Service, 1 Waitstaff per 20 Guests
Suggested
Guests remain at their seats while each course is served directly to the guests’ individual plates by the staff. Ensures portion consistency and potentially reducing food waste.

We provide everything that is necessary to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Our equipment may include a greeting stand, umbrella (for sun coverage or anticipated rain), valet tickets, key exchange system, signage, and lights for your evening events.

Our barbacks help with keeping the bar stocked with alcohol, syrups, drinkware, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours.
Drink menu consultation & shopping list
Included!
The drink menu phone consultation (after booking) identifies the anticipated location of bar service and what your preferred style of service. We will produce a complimentary shopping list within ten days for cups, alcohol, garnishes, mixers, and ice to ease your experience preparing for the event.
